Self Care

As high school students, we're constantly on go-mode. We have to keep up with our academics, social life, family life, mental health, and extracurriculars. Things can get overwhelming, and it's always good to take care of yourself every once in a while. Here are some recommendations we have to do that!

Put on a playlist while you clean your space

Before you have a peaceful night, day, weekend, etc; make sure your space is clean. You'll feel so much better- I promise. To gain some motivation, put in your headphones, and blast this awesome playlist. Also, check out this article on how to clean your room efficiently.

Take a Shower

After all of that hard work, it's a good idea to take a warm shower to relax your muscles. (Note that showers are more sustainable than baths, as long as they are short! Try to keep yours under ten minutes:)). Click Here for some good tips on how to shower sustainably + our fave shower products.

Watch a Movie or your Favorite Show

Get lost in a good show or movie! Don't know what to watch? Check out my list on Letterboxd, which I update daily. (P.S. I always recommend a good rom-com:))

Get Sleep and Hydrate

Just do it!
